If the terrific price of the Ravenna and the springy soles of the Energy line appeal to you, but you have a more neutral footstrike, the Launch 5 is what you need. Some people find that the lightweight and extremely flexible Launch are some of the best Brooks running shoes for daily use, but I find that the Launch works best for tempo runs and workouts where I’m ready to roll through longer road intervals.
