Hoka women’s running shoes are a highly versatile bunch. Daily running and trail shoes both tend toward bulk, but the Speed Instinct is barely any heavier than the feather-light Arahi. Hoka may have cut unnecessary weight, but it didn’t sacrifice the Speed Instinct’s durability and reliable cushioning.
